Clear expectations create safe therapeutic spaces. These Terms & Conditions exist not only to protect this practice, but also to create clarity, mutual respect, healthy boundaries, and a secure foundation for the work we may choose to do together. By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any session, container, programme, workshop, consultation, quiz, or emotional wellness service offered by Esha Bhardwaj under Uvolve Life Enhancements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Uvolve Life Enhancements, founded by Esha Bhardwaj, offers emotional wellness services designed to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. These currently include:
- Emotional Wellness Coaching
- Trauma-Informed Emotional Support
- Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coaching
- NLP-Based Coaching
- EMDR-Informed Emotional Processing
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Support
- Psychosomatic Awareness & Nervous System Regulation
- Hypnotherapy-Based Emotional Support
- Bach Flower Remedy Guidance
- Relationship & Emotional Clarity Support
- Self-Image, Identity & Emotional Healing Support
Services are offered as one-to-one sessions and structured containers, and may in future include workshops, courses, group programmes, digital downloads, school-based programmes, and corporate wellbeing offerings. Any such future offering will be governed by these Terms, together with any supplemental terms that may accompany it.
2. Professional Scope & Disclaimer
These services are designed for emotional wellness, self-development, and personal transformation. They are complementary to, and never a replacement for, licensed medical or psychiatric care.
Uvolve Life Enhancements and Esha Bhardwaj:
- do not diagnose medical, psychiatric, or psychological conditions
- do not prescribe, alter, or manage medication
- do not provide crisis, emergency, or acute psychiatric care
- do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes
Clients are always encouraged to seek and continue any licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological support they may need. Participation in any service is voluntary and rooted in personal responsibility.
3. Online Sessions
All one-to-one sessions and coaching containers are currently conducted online via a secure video platform. Session links and scheduling details are shared after successful payment and confirmation.
Clients are responsible for:
- a stable internet connection
- a quiet, private, uninterrupted environment
- joining sessions on time
- arriving with sufficient emotional readiness for the work
Sessions may be briefly paused, rescheduled, or adjusted if genuine technical difficulties disrupt the therapeutic space.
4. Session Duration & Structure
The duration and structure of each session depends on the specific service or container selected. Details - including session length, integration periods, pulse check-ins, and any support calls - are described on the relevant service or Work With Me page.
Because this work is body-led and emotionally responsive, session length may occasionally extend when therapeutically appropriate. Clients are gently encouraged to keep sufficient buffer time and avoid scheduling emotionally demanding commitments immediately after deep sessions.
Late arrivals will not extend the agreed session end time, though the space will always be held with care for the time that remains.
5. Payments & Booking
All payments are made in advance.
A session, container, workshop, programme, or digital offering is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and scheduling has been agreed.
Once a booking is confirmed, professional time, preparation, and session space are reserved for the client.
Payments may be made through approved payment gateways, including:
- Razorpay
- Bank transfer
- Approved international payment methods
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, platform charges, and currency conversion fees may apply separately wherever relevant.
6. Refund Policy
Because each booking reserves dedicated professional time, emotional preparation, and session space, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- missed sessions
- late cancellations and no-shows
- change of mind after booking
- emotional resistance after booking
- partially used sessions or containers
In genuinely exceptional circumstances, the practitioner may - at her sole discretion - offer a partial credit toward a future session. This is a gesture of goodwill and not a guaranteed right.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed session once, with a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice, subject to availability.
Please note that:
- rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session cannot be honoured, and the session will be considered used
- repeated rescheduling disrupts therapeutic flow and scheduling, and may lead to forfeiture of the session
Uvolve Life Enhancements reserves the right to approve or decline further rescheduling requests, and to discontinue services in cases of repeated scheduling inconsistency.
8. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Emotional healing is deeply personal and non-linear. Outcomes vary from person to person and depend heavily on:
- willingness and openness
- consistency of engagement
- nervous system readiness
- personal implementation between sessions
For this reason, no specific results, timelines, or money-back guarantees are offered.
The absence of a money-back guarantee is not the absence of value. It reflects a professional and ethical commitment to never promise emotional transformation as a fixed outcome, because each person’s healing journey is unique.
9. Support Between Sessions
Depending on the container you are enrolled in, gentle support may be available between sessions to help you integrate the work. This may include:
- a WhatsApp support channel for brief reflections, questions, or grounding check-ins
- light integration prompts or resources
- scheduled pulse check-ins where included in your container
Please note the following boundaries for this support: responses are provided within reasonable working hours and are not immediate; between-session support is intended for gentle integration and grounding, not for full therapeutic processing or extended conversations outside sessions; and this channel is not monitored for emergencies and must not be used as a crisis or emergency service.
10. Emergency Disclaimer
This practice does not provide:
- crisis intervention
- emergency psychiatric care
- emergency medical services
- 24/7 helpline or on-call support
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, an acute mental health crisis, or any situation where your safety or another person’s safety may be at risk, please contact a qualified mental health professional, your treating psychiatrist, or an emergency service in your country immediately.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy
Client confidentiality is treated with deep respect. All personal information and session discussions are kept confidential.
Disclosure will only be considered where legally required, or ethically necessary in situations involving:
- serious risk of self-harm
- risk of harm to others
- disclosures that trigger mandatory reporting under applicable law
Clients are, in turn, expected to maintain respectful confidentiality regarding session processes, therapeutic frameworks, and proprietary materials shared during the work.

12. Recording Policy
Sessions are not routinely recorded and are not provided to clients as a recorded deliverable.
Where a brief internal recording or note is kept, it may only be used for the practitioner’s own professional reflection, supervision-style review, or quality of care. Any such material is:
- strictly confidential internal material
- never shared, distributed, or published
- never used commercially, publicly, or for training without the client’s explicit prior written consent
Clients are not permitted to record any part of a session - audio, video, screen recording, screenshot, or transcript - without explicit prior written consent. This preserves the emotional safety of the therapeutic space for everyone involved.
13. Client Responsibility & Participation
Emotional wellness work is a collaborative process. Clients acknowledge that meaningful change requires:
- honesty and self-reflection
- emotional responsibility
- active participation during sessions
- gentle implementation between sessions
Sessions are designed to support transformation, not dependency. Clients remain responsible for their own personal decisions, relationships, life choices, and emotional responses outside sessions.
14. Respectful Space & Emotional Boundaries
This practice is committed to a safe, respectful, and emotionally regulated environment for everyone involved.
The following behaviours will not be tolerated, in sessions or in any related communication:
- abuse, harassment, or intimidation
- manipulation or coercive behaviour
- inappropriate or defamatory language
- discrimination of any kind
- repeated boundary violations
In such cases, services may be paused, discontinued, or permanently terminated without refund.
Deep emotional work can naturally activate emotional releases, temporary tiredness, heightened awareness, and nervous system shifts. Clients are gently encouraged to hydrate, rest after sessions, avoid emotionally overwhelming environments immediately after deep work, and seek additional support where genuinely needed.
15. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, processes, container names, written content, exercises, audio material, session structures, quizzes, and emotional wellness methodologies shared through this website or through sessions remain the intellectual property of Esha Bhardwaj / Uvolve Life Enhancements, unless otherwise stated.
These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or repurposed without prior written permission.
16. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Uvolve Life Enhancements reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services where:
- ethical or professional boundaries are compromised
- emotional safety cannot be maintained
- professional or clinical compatibility is not aligned
- behaviour becomes repeatedly disrespectful or unsafe
- continuation is not in the best interest of the client, the practitioner, or the therapeutic space
Where this occurs, any unused portion of a container will be handled fairly and transparently, at the practitioner’s professional discretion.
17. Future Services & Programmes
Over time, this practice may introduce additional offerings, including but not limited to:
- workshops and group programmes
- self-paced courses and digital downloads
- school-based emotional wellness programmes
- corporate and organisational wellbeing programmes
- new quizzes, assessments, and reflective tools
All such offerings are governed by these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplemental terms that may accompany a specific offering (for example, course-specific access, licensing, or refund conditions).
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any use of this website or its services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with this website, these Terms, or the services offered by Uvolve Life Enhancements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Where possible, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any concern amicably and in good faith through written communication before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
